Return Policy
You have 15 days from the receipt of the item to request a return.

Return Conditions
The item must be in the same condition as received: unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

How to Initiate a Return
You can submit a return request by accessing your account or by contacting us at info@labottegadellecreazioni.it.

If the return is accepted, we will send you an unpaid label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent without prior return request will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and correct it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (flowers or plants) and customized products (special orders or personalized items). Contact us if you have questions about a specific item. We do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure an exchange is to return the item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period in the European Union
If the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received: unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically via the original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@labottegadellecreazioni.it.
