GB101 Ceramic Plaster is ideal for casting patterns, shapes and molds in the healthcare and ceramic industries. Perfect for creating and decorating stucco elements, it offers superior quality for an impeccable result. A reliable and professional product, at the service of your most creative projects.

Ceramic Gesso 101 is a finely ground Beta semi hydrate. Its fineness (100 μ cut) makes it a multipurpose plaster.

Method of use

Mixing ratio :

The required quantity of plaster and water is 130/100 ( G/A Plaster/Water mixing ratio).

Mixing:

Allow to soak for 1-2 minutes.

The larger the quantity to be mixed, the longer the immersion time. For best performance we recommend the use of cold, pure water.

The uniform dispersion of the chalk will give a homogeneous mixture without lumps.

With appropriate mixing equipment, the speed should be between 300 and 500 rpm (never exceed 800 rpm).
