Cargill C3-100%Natural Soy Wax in flakes for candles in containers.

CARGILL NATUREWAX C-3 Made in USA Cargill C-3 soy wax is a very popular wax among candle crafters, as it is easy to work with and produces high quality candles.

Professional Nature Wax C-3 is a 100% soy wax, ideal for container candles.

It can be mixed with 5% beeswax to make scented fondants. Massage candles can be made by adding 20% ​​coconut oil. It comes in the form of flakes.

Nature Wax C-3 has excellent adhesion to containers, in the winter months it is recommended to preheat the containers.

Cargill C-3 soy wax has excellent fragrance diffusion, both with perfumes and essential oils, and a creamy white appearance.

Here are some tips for working with this wax:

1 Preparation:

Weigh the required amount of wax based on the container used.

Use a double boiler to melt the wax, being careful not to overheat it.

Use a thermometer to check the temperature of the wax. DO NOT exceed 90°C.

2 Addition of colorants and fragrances:

Add the dyes and fragrances to the wax by melting them together in the bain-marie.

The color should be added to the wax at a temperature between 75-85°C.

Use 8-10% fragrance compared to the amount of wax used.

The fragrance must be added to the melted wax, always respecting the flash point of the perfume used.

Approximate temperature: 70°-75°C.

Mix well to evenly distribute the color and fragrance.

3 Preparation of containers:

Clean the containers well, heat them in winter and place the wicks in the center.

4 Pouring the wax:

Slowly pour the melted wax into the container, being careful not to create air bubbles.

Leave some space at the top of the container, so the wax can expand as it cools.

Leave the candle to rest for at least 48 hours.
