GOLDEN WAX 464 Soy Wax – New Pellet Formula

Golden Wax 464 is a 100% vegetable soy wax, produced in Sweden by AAK, obtained through the hydrogenation of soybean oil. It offers a silky consistency, excellent glass adhesion, and homogeneous melting, ideal for making container candles such as glasses, jars, or pots.
It is 100% biodegradable, vegan, cruelty-free, and free from pesticides, herbicides, and GMOs. It does not emit toxic substances, smoke, or soot.

Main features

• Low melting point: 43°–49°C, which facilitates processing.

• Excellent glass adhesion: ensures superior aesthetic results in terms of color, shine, and adhesion.

• Fragrance stability: no alteration of fragrances, for intensely scented candles.

• Natural appearance: color varies from ivory white to cream white, depending on the production batch.

Instructions for use

1. Melt the wax in a bain-marie, avoiding exceeding 90°C.

2. Add the dye at 70°–75°C and mix for about 1 minute.

3. Add the fragrance at 65°–75°C and mix for 2 minutes, for proper blending.

4. Pour the wax when it reaches 60°–70°C into glass, metal, or other heat-resistant containers.

Temperatures are indicative and can be adjusted based on the temperature and humidity of the working environment.

Useful tips

• Golden Wax 464 can be used pure or mixed with other waxes, stearic acids, or paraffins.

• For optimal results, ensure containers are at room temperature or slightly warm.

• Avoid too rapid cooling to prevent spots, cracks, or depressions on the surface.

• After pouring, allow the candle to cool at room temperature (20–25°C), without moving it.
